I am a Christian, Wife, Mother, Small Business Woman, and Real Estate Investor. I’ve been a member of CIREIA since 2002 with the exception of about 1 year, I have several PHP credits that I should qualify for the PHP Certificate or come very very close. I’ve been an investor and have bought and sold real estate since 1996. The various types of real estate investments are; short sales, subject too, quick turn a/k/a Flipping and buying and holding. I have sat on various community Commissions and Board of
Directors in the past; Indianapolis Greenways, Jr. League of Indianapolis to name a couple. I’m currently on the Board of Directors for the International Talent Academy of Carmel, and the Indianapolis Ethics Commission appointed by Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard.

I am a christian Daddy (young kids) who completed a luxury student housing development “Cardinal Towne” in Louisville, KY where I was the owners rep. and construction manager. I have developed, bought, sold, flipped, and spearheaded many deals over the last 22 years. I have a Bank owned property in Indi I am looking at but need a partner investor for it. Its 5 acres of vacant land on the River. It is perfect for more affordable rentals then all the new projects downtown and will be a perfect fit in the sub market. Love to talk with you about it.
