CIREIA is a not-for-profit Real Estate Investors Association. Our mission is to provide educational and networking opportunities, as well as, to establish good business practices and promote ethics in the industry.

We are so glad you have expressed interest in CIREIA. Let us take a little time to explain what we offer our members.

• We offer 2 general meetings a month, held on the second Tuesday of each month. The early meeting is a back to basics meeting and the late meeting is a more advanced topic, both offer PHP credits, more about PHP later.
• We offer approximately 9 subgroup meetings each month, with topics range from wholesaling to land lording, from marketing to rehabbing, and much more. These are available to members.
• We offer members various discounts on things ranging from Sherwin Williams paint to OfficeMax printing. We have roughly 40 vendors that offer discounts on services real estate investors need like title companies and movers.
• We offer various educational opportunities – from visiting national speakers to our Saturdays to Success, members get discounts on these extra educational and sales events.
• We offer the opportunity to post classifieds on our website which is currently getting between 6k and 7k independent visits a month.
• We offer the opportunity to network with other investors at the general meeting and bring your deals not only to put on our deals table but also to let others know of your deals during our buy, sell, and trade portion of the main meeting.
• We offer Professional Housing Provider (PHP) certification. This certification can be used in a number of ways. It may be used in some cases as CE credit for realtors, appraisers, etc… It has been used to establish Real Estate Professional status in certain investing opportunities most recently the gulf coast “go-zone” investing regions. It also establishes you as a credible individual when dealing with buyers and sellers.

Basically, we offer all of this for the low price of just $160 per member per year. There is a one time administrative fee of $30. Of course, your spouse, domestic partner or kids under 18 years of age can attend for free under your membership.

We also have a monthly membership which runs $15.50 per month per member with one time $30 administration fee.

If you boil it down to the simplest terms, we offer quality education at an affordable price. If you choose to attend all the meetings offered the average price per meeting is around $1.15. You could buy a coke at McDonalds for roughly the same price.
