Kicking off the year we have Business Plans and Business Planning.
The basis for any good business is a plan, not some static thing you write, then put on a shelf but a business plan that acts as a road map to success. A functional, adaptable, usable business plan to use as a tool to gauge success or failure, adapt and modify as changes in the market occur and lead you to prosperity!

Next on our Road to Success is Quickbooks Training.
Jerry Fink – an amazing rehabber and trainer, former CPA and Quickbooks expert is going to show you almost everything you need to know to use Quickbooks effectively.
Real estate is a numbers based business and you need to have a good grasp of basic accounting and Quickbooks to make the most of tax deductions, profit and opportunity.
This happens March 10th from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The next stop on your road to Success is the Rehab Bus Tour.
Dorn, Gary Hippensteel, Tony Fesi and others are going to take you through the steps of estimating the repairs on a rehab. We will visit four houses where you will be guided by an expert in the field, people who actually rehab houses and can show you what you need to see and how to estimate repairs.
We have contractors on the tour also so you can ask an actual contractor what their opinions are of each property and what their numbers are.
Afterwards we will return to the training facility to go over the estimates and how we reached them. By the way, you will be able to bid on
the houses we are touring.
This happens April 28th from 8:00 to 6:00pm.
