Here are a few of the key figures and volunteers that make CIREIA function.

CIREIA VIP’s

Kirstin Offenbacher – Executive Assistant

Kirstin has been with CIREIA since 2006 and has enjoyed getting to know the many motivated investors and vendors involved with the organization. Not an investor herself, Kirstin has appreciated the opportunities presented to her to learn more about the many facets of investing.

Kirstin graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism/Public Relations. Kirstin’s past employment was at a local media corporation where she was a Managing Editor and a Marketing and Event Coordinator.

Kirstin likes to spend her free time with her family and friends, as well as serving and learning at church.

Debbie Green – Membership Coordinator

Debbie loves people and with CIREIA she has been working with some of the most knowledgeable and creative investors in real estate. Her past history in employment has been developing solid business relationships and was recognized in the past for pioneering new processes in management.

Micaela Coleman – Marketing Coordinator

I earned my undergraduate degree in Marketing at The Ohio State University in 2002, and worked for 3 years with Marathon Petroleum Company in the Metro Detroit area as a Brand Territory Manager. Following this experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, I enrolled full-time at The Broad School at Michigan State University in 2005. There, I earned a Masters in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, and focused my studies on the consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical drug industries. Upon completion of the degree, I relocated to Indianapolis and for the past 3 years, I have maintained a sharp knowledge and passion of marketing in a variety of industries.

Since January of 2009, I embraced the challenge of applying marketing tactics that were common elements of the earlier parts of my professional career to the realm of real estate investing. Consequently, I have become a licensed Realtor, and dedicated supreme marketing strategies to wholesaling real estate and securing properties through lease-options. In October of 2009, I was appointed to the CIREIA leadership board to assist with marketing and promotions, which is a position that I hold currently.

My short-term goals include creating and maintaining a blog dedicated to sharing creative marketing techniques and real estate investment adventures in property acquisition, and to leveraging my business network to encourage others to pursue real estate investment as a passive form of creative wealth.

My long-term goals are to buy and hold many properties in Indiana and my home state, Ohio, invest in commercial real estate, and to extend marketing consulting services to small local businesses and entrepreneurs.
